		<description>My temptation would just be to adopt a standard approach to counting hits/visitors, regardless of the implementation detail.

I've never even heard of ABCE (and the IFABC website is down right now so I can't even check to see if their standards for measuring hits are expandable to feeds - I would guess they are).</description>
